Davie Lovell-Smith is involved in all aspects of resource management planning, from liaising with the client at the inception of a project, feasibility planning of a project, preparation and submission of all the necessary documentation, consultation with local authorities and other parties (if necessary), through to presentation of evidence at Council hearings or the Environment Court.
